Private Instruction

Private lessons are for students who:

1. Need help navigating an injury or other physical limitation.
OR
2. Need help establishing or improving their home practice.

All private instruction students are encouraged to begin a home practice, which includes purchasing props. The lessons are designed to help start and maintain a personalized home practice which will support their specific condition / need.

The cost:

ONE private lesson per month = $85/hr (members), $115/hr (non-members)
TWO private lessons per month = $70/hr (members), $100/hr (non-members)
THREE or more private lessons per month = $55/hr (members), $85/hr (non-members)
