An online course to help start, rejuvenate or deepen a home practice. As a group we will explore how to identify and overcome obstacles to practicing. Reading and writing assignments (from texts such as Light on Yoga, Light on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and Yoga in Action: A Preliminary Course) will be given between meetings to help give practice structure and support. Students will also be encouraged to lean on each other for support and cultivate a practice community.
Open to any level of student. Must be enrolled and participate in at least one weekly class at College Hill Yoga.
