An online course to help start, rejuvenate or deepen a home practice. As a group we will explore how to set up a home practice. Covering what, when and why to practice. We will address obstacles to practice as they arise. Students will also be encouraged to lean on each other for support and cultivate a practice community.
As our guide we will use the book Yoga in Action: A Preliminary Course, by Geeta Iyengar.
Open to any level of student. Must be enrolled and participate in at least one weekly class at College Hill Yoga.
