New Students

You don’t need to be young, flexible, fit, or thin to do yoga. Iyengar Yoga is a practice for calming the mind that is accessible to all people. We teach you step-by-step how to practice yoga.
Students new to College Hill Yoga are encouraged to start with the New Student 4 Class Pass.
This 4-class pass is good for any of the Introduction to Iyengar Yoga classes (in-person or online), and will give you an idea of what the classes are like. After the four classes you have the option to register for the remaining semester classes at a pro-rated fee.

Online classes: Many classes are a hybrid format —> in-person with simultaneous online instruction. For the online portion, we are using a conferencing software called Zoom. You will be able to see and hear the teacher. And the teacher will be able to see and hear you.
