In the winter I started Iyengar Yoga with Aaron Fleming at College Hill Yoga. Much to my surprise months later I am still attending 2x a week. The group classes are easy, informative and encouraging. Class participants cross all ages and have been great to meet. I have been given a lot of information, direction and support.
Aaron is very personable and manages to give each one of us individual attention in the group.
Now it is Spring! I can garden, rake leaves, take long walks, hike, ride bikes…I feel my muscles and body differently, nothing hurts.
I have begun a small daily practice in home.
This was unexpected.
